Do you build to print, or can you design the enclosure for us?
Both. We build to your print, or our engineers design the enclosure to your spec with design-for-manufacturability (DFM) support built in. Either way the build is repeatable and production-ready — send us your drawings or your requirements (RFQ) and we’ll quote it.
What makes your energy enclosures different?
We’re single-source and vertically integrated, with capabilities most shops don’t offer — foam-in-place gasketing, robotic welding, and in-house powder coat — all American-made and BABA compliant, with in-house DFM support to optimize your design for production.
Are your enclosures UL listed and built to NEMA ratings?
Yes. We build UL-listed enclosures to NEMA 1, 3R, 4, and 12 ratings, including NEMA 4 and climate-controlled enclosures for demanding outdoor environments. UL 508A and “Make it American” certification are anticipated Summer 2026.
Are your clean energy enclosures Made in USA and BABA compliant?
Yes. Our enclosures, cabinets, and PCBAs are American-made and BABA compliant, manufactured at our facilities in Libertyville, IL and Las Vegas, NV.
What battery energy storage (BESS) enclosures do you build?
Energy storage system (ESS) racks and module trays, outdoor BESS enclosures and battery containers, and integrated thermal-management/HVAC enclosures.
Do you build EV charging (EVSE) enclosures, including DC fast charger cabinets?
Yes. AC and DC fast-charger (DCFC) enclosures, pedestal and pad-mount charger cabinets, free-standing multi-bay charging enclosures, and utility/transformer cabinets for charging sites.
