Precise Metal Parts, PCB, & Electrical Integration
Now fully equipped with precise fabricated metal parts, PCB manufacturing and electrical integration, our customers have a one stop shop to help consolidate suppliers, reduce risks, decrease lead times all while increasing quality. In 2017, the automated ESD sensitive manufacturing line had been deployed and shortly thereafter was the development to the OIS software system. Our custom OIS – Operator Information System – is the step by step digital build instructions that allow for repeatable manufacturing by any trained technician. It provides real time feedback on throughput, assembly issues and accurate build times.
