A casino redemption machine — commonly called a TITO (Ticket-In, Ticket-Out) kiosk or ticket redemption kiosk — is a self-service unit that lets players redeem barcoded gaming vouchers for cash. We build the metal cabinet and enclosure to your design; you provide the payment and redemption technology.

No — we are a contract manufacturer and systems integrator. We build the durable, precision metal cabinets and integrated systems that lottery technology vendors, kiosk OEMs, casino redemption providers, and operators design and brand. Think build-to-print and build-to-spec hardware partner.

Is your equipment made in the USA?
Yes. Our enclosures, cabinets, PCBAs, and integrated systems are American-made and BABA compliant, manufactured at our facilities in Libertyville, IL and Las Vegas, NV — important for state lotteries with domestic-preference and security/compliance requirements.
Can you build to our drawings and specifications?

How does casino gaming certification work for the hardware you build?
Casino gaming hardware must be GLI (Gaming Laboratories International) certified at the finished-machine level, which the OEM who owns the electronics and software holds. We build cabinets and enclosures to your specifications to support your certification process.
